At the onset of our journey, organizations engaged our services for Ergonomic Workstation Assessments. This involved precisely measuring the anatomical dimensions of clients using a measuring tape and meticulously configuring their chairs to optimal positions through a dated knob and lever system. Users were confused about how to adjust their office chair and which position would provide the most ergonomic benefit. Upon observing numerous individuals grappling with the intricacies of adjusting their high-end office chairs, despite their considerable cost, it became apparent that this inefficiency was incurring substantial financial and temporal expenditures for both employees and employers.

From there, we began to believe we could create a modern, digitally integrated solution that would revolutionize the office furniture industry. Our journey began with a simple mission; to empower our customers with the knowledge and means to achieve optimal posture and improve physical health and wellness. To achieve these objectives, we understood we needed to offer a complete solution. This vision for a more streamlined, user-friendly experience resulted in the TRÖS Bespoke App which is designed to determines the users optimal ergonomic position then wirelessly control IoT Devices including our fully automated, first of its kind SMART Chair.
